1.  A player who is leaving the field, to be replaced by a substitute, strikes an opponent. Is the substitute allowed to take his place?



Choices:
  1. No. The substitute may still enter.
  2. Yes. The offending player is going out of the game so he can be replaced.
  3. No. The offending player is dismissed and can not be replaced.
    4.
